The Sea Fair is the last of three restaurants owned and operated by the Hadjis family. Anthony Hadjis began his first Sea Fair on San Marco Avenue in 1953, added the present building on the island, and a third called " The Floridian" on US 1, when his three sons were still young. It was his dream for each of his sons to one day manage their own business. The Sea Fair on Anastasia Boulevard today is still run by Mrs. Hadjis and her three sons.
